The Waiver below is for CVMX public practice days only. It is not valid for any special event such as RMX Series and Grassroots Off-Road.
Print the waiver ahead of time to save time when you arrive.
If you are 17yrs or under, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver before you can participate in an open practice day. This is for Cache Valley MX practice days only, it is not valid for racing or training events.
If a parent won't be with you at the track, you can print and sign the waiver and bring it with you.
Payment will be taken at the track. Cash or Venmo Only - $35.00/rider
