PRACTICE WAIVER
Print the waiver ahead of time to save time when you arrive.
If you are 17yrs or under, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver before you can participate in an open practice day. This is for Cache Valley MX practice days only, it is not valid for racing or training events.
If a parent won't be with you at the track, you can print and sign the waiver and bring it with you.
Payment will be taken at the track. Cash or Venmo Only - $35.00/rider
AMA MINOR WAIVER - REQUIRED FOR AMA SANCTIONED EVENTS
Idaho State Championship
If you register online, you will complete the Minor Waiver and part of your registration. No other waivers are needed.
If you do not register online and are not coming to the event with your Minor Child, you will need to complete the Unaccompanied Minor Waiver below.
UNACCOMPANIED MINORS (17yrs & Under)
All minors attending this event WITHOUT PARENTS , that did no complete the online waiver, must come with a notarized statement signed by both parents or legal guardian giving permission for another adult to act as guardian to sign releases.
