MINOR WAIVER INFORMATION (17YRS OR UNDER)
If you register online, you will complete the Minor Waiver as part of your registration. No other waivers are needed.
If you do not register online and are NOT coming to the event with your Minor Child, you will need to complete the Unaccompanied Minor Waiver below.
All minors attending this event WITHOUT PARENTS , that did no complete the online waiver, must come with a notarized statement signed by both parents or legal guardian giving permission for another adult to act as guardian to sign releases.
PROPERTY RULES & FRANKLIN COUNTY NOISE ORDIANCE
Franklin County Noise Ordinance:
Quite Hours: 9:00pm – 8:00am
No pit vehicles, race bikes, fireworks, loud music, or other nuisance noise during these times.
PROPERTY:
We have access to the motocross track and parking area only. .
All surrounding land is part of a working farm and is private property. Please do not Trespass.
The access road to Cache Valley MX is private property. No unauthorized vehicles are permitted to exit the facility. This includes race bikes, pit bikes, golf carts, SxS, ATV’s etc.
Please be respectful of the cemetery.
PIT VEHICLES: Pit bikes, scooters, 4-wheelers, golf carts, electric bikes, SxS’s etc.
· Pit vehicles may be used for Transportation NOT Recreation.
· Please operate vehicles in a safe manner at SLOW Speed.
· Pit vehicles are not permitted on the track or in spectator/high foot traffic areas:
· Pit Vehicle Curfew/Quite Hours: 9:00pm - 8:00am (Franklin County Noise Ordinance.)
Special events may have updated pit vehicle hours and will be published on the specific promoter websites.
RV's and General Parking:
General Parking: There is plenty of space for all size of rigs. General parking is first come first serve.
If you are leaving your rig for an event, you must pay the event fee and receive approval from track staff.
Water
Fresh water is not available on site. Please fill your RV tanks before you arrive
See below for locations with fresh water.
Water to fill barrels for bike washing is available at the track located by the starting line.
Electricity:
Electricity is not available at the track. Please bring your generator for power.
RV Fresh Water & Dump Station
Preston: 540 W Oneida St, Preston ID (6.2 miles north of the track)
Franklin: 39 E 2nd South St, Franklin ID (4.5 miles east of the track)
Pets:
Pets are allowed .They must be kept on a leash at all times.
Clean – Up: Please dispose of your garbage in the black dump trailers.
